Brendan J. Corriere advises and represents investment advisers, registered and unregistered investment companies, and domestic and offshore private investment entities. He counsels clients on a wide range of securities-related legal, regulatory, and corporate matters, including fund formation, drafting and negotiating offering memoranda, investment management agreements, subscription documents, and other related agreements. While in law school, Brendan served as an associate editor for the Marquette University Law Review and interned with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and a large custodial bank and administrator.
