Ashley Bechtel counsels investment banks, private investment funds, and institutional investors on their investment in private investment funds. Her practice focuses on the representation of buyers and sellers of private fund interests in the secondary market. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ashley worked in the real estate practice groups of a California law firm and another global law firm.
