Arden Lieberman concentrates on diverse corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Other areas of work include finance, restructuring, securities, and public and private equity offerings. Arden advises clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging market companies.

While in law school, Arden served as a staff editor for the Temple Law Review.
