Bringing together her background in commercial litigation and several years of prior work experience as a human resources professional, Anna Robshaw represents employers across a variety of industries in all stages of employment litigation before federal and state courts, arbitral bodies, and governmental agencies. Anna also advises and counsels employers on a broad range of employment issues, including accommodations and leaves; discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; recruiting and hiring; performance management and discipline; wage and hour issues; and workplace investigations.
While in law school, Anna served as editor in chief of the UCLA Women’s Law Journal, overseeing publication of four issues of the Journal and spearheading numerous events, for which she was recognized by the UCLA Law Student Bar Association for Outstanding Contributions to the UCLA Law Community. Anna also clerked at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, assisting with prosecutions in the misdemeanor, general felony, and gang units. She currently serves on the Houston Symphony Young Associates Council and previously served as co-chair of the Houston Bar Association Campaign to End Homelessness and Hunger Committee for three terms.
