Andrew M. Barber counsels corporate and business clients on a wide range of legal issues. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, company financings, public company filings, and general corporate matters. Andrew advises clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms to emerging companies.
While attending the University of Richmond School of Law, Andrew focused his studies on corporate, tax, and securities law, served as president of the University’s Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International Chapter, and served as senior staff on the University of Richmond Law Review.
