Alice S. Hrdy counsels banks, fintech companies, and nonbank financial services providers in examinations, investigations, and supervisory matters before US financial regulatory agencies. The former principal deputy in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s (CFPB) Office of Supervision Policy, and assistant director of the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) Bureau of Consumer Protection, Division of Financial Practices, Alice leverages her deep familiarity with consumer financial services laws and regulations to help clients develop and implement effective compliance programs, provide strategic advice on regulatory and enforcement matters, and represent clients in litigation involving financial products and services. Alice is admitted in Maryland only, and her practice is supervised by DC Bar members.
