Alena Neskoromyuk advises international and Russian clients on different intellectual property (IP) matters and general issues of commercial and civil law. Alena has experience counselling on a wide range of matters related to various copyright, mass media, and technology, specifically those arising from M&A deals or other transactions. She conducts worldwide IP due diligence and addresses broad IP issues, including those related to warranties, representations, and confidentiality. Alena is also a registered trademark lawyer and is admitted to represent clients before the Russian Patent and Trademark Office.
