Philadelphia Labor and Employment Relations Association Meeting

Litigation partner Zane Memeger will be speaking at the Philadelphia Labor and Employment Relations Association’s (LERA’s) March Meeting on the panel Whistle While you Work: Historical and Practice Perspectives on Whistleblowing. Zane will provide a management-side perspective to the panel, discussing practice experience with these laws governing our modern whistleblowing landscape, how they operate practically, and whether they are meeting their goals. He will be joined by guest speaker Dr. Nuriel Heckler, a professor in public administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
