Partner Sara Aranjo participated on the Arbitrating Construction and Energy Disputes in the Middle East panel during New York Arbitration Week. The panel discussed key substantive issues recently arbitrated in the construction and energy sectors, updates on investor-state arbitration involving the construction sector in the MENA region, as well as the MENA Arbitral Institution and Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
