• Represented a real estate investment management company in connection with the acquisition and financing of two multifamily portfolios totaling approximately $2 billion
• Represented an international investment firm in connection with the acquisition, joint venture, and debt financing of a 22-property industrial portfolio in New Jersey
• Represented a private equity firm in the $270 million portfolio refinancing of 69 commercial (office, industrial, flex) properties
• Represented a developer in acquisition, joint venture, and construction financing for a $200 million mixed-use life sciences facility located in the greater Boston area
• Represented a real estate investment management company in connection with the acquisition, joint venture, and construction financing for the development of a 1.6 million sq. ft. industrial center in Texas
• Represented a developer in three separate joint ventures for the redevelopment and repositioning of multiple shopping malls located in Los Angeles, California and Burlington, Vermont totaling more than 1.7 million sq. ft.
• Represented a developer in the acquisition, joint venture, and financing of $100 plus million-dollar redevelopment related to several multifamily and industrial buildings in greater Boston
• Represented a warehouse operator in the lease of an 800,000 sq. ft. distribution center
