Chelsey Klein focuses her practice on government investigations, complex commercial disputes, and white collar litigation. She advises and represents corporations and individuals in connection with internal investigations and enforcement actions brought by government regulators, including the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Chelsey worked in the government investigations and white collar group at another international law firm.
During law school, Chelsey interned for Judge Joy Flowers Conti of the US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and Judge Mitchell S. Goldberg of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Chelsey also served as a member of the Temple Law National Trial Team and the editorial board of the Temple Law Review.
