Benjamin Kabe represents clients across various industries in complex civil and criminal litigation. He has experience in privacy and cybersecurity, government investigations, and class action defense. Ben handles all phases of litigation, from pre-trial strategy assessments to trial and appeals. He also advises clients on compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity laws. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Ben served as a law clerk at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Ben maintains an active pro bono practice, representing prisoners asserting civil rights claims and assisting nonprofit organizations. Ben is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US & CIPP/E) with the International Association of Privacy Professionals. While in law school, he was an editor of the Northwestern Journal of Law and Social Policy and was awarded Northwestern’s Senior Research Honors for his article on judicial review.
