Aaron Grant advises UK and multinational employers on a range of UK employment law issues, from tricky disciplinaries and grievances to global M&A projects, outsourcings, and tribunal litigation. Aaron has experience advising on large scale restructures ranging from Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (TUPE) transfers to collective redundancies. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Aaron spent seven years at another city law firm, during which he completed a seven-month secondment to one of the world’s largest technology companies.
