Theodore E. Dayno

Theodore E. Dayno represents companies as part of the firm’s litigation team. The group advises on business and corporate disputes, international arbitration, and litigation in the trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability areas. The team also counsels clients facing corporate investigations and criminal allegations. Theodore works on a multitude of matters for companies large and small, ranging from intellectual property (IP) issues to complex commercial disputes.

Theodore received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco, where he competed in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition, and was a member of the University of San Francisco Law Review. He is a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu National Honor Society, the McAuliffe Honor Society, and was awarded the Dean's Scholarship for Academic Excellence. Theodore also interned in Cambodia for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and received Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI) Awards for Excellence for the highest grade achieved in: Contracts I & II, Civil Procedure II, Property, Constitutional Law, and Federal Income Taxation.
