Samson C. Huang represents employers in a wide range of employment matters. Samson’s experience includes defending companies against claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, as well as wage-hour claims. He also provides advice and counsel to ensure that clients’ policies and procedures comply with US state and federal discrimination, accommodation, and compensation laws.
