Bob Hayes effectively solves complex problems and completes transactions for banks and alternative nonbank lenders in a variety of debt financing transactions across many industries and with multiple deal structures, including cross-border financings; public and private financings; acquisition financings; syndicated, club, and bilateral facilities; private equity and sponsor debt facilities; cash flow financings; recurring revenue transactions; and restructuring and work-out transactions, with a primary focus on middle-market senior secured asset-based lending transactions. Bob uses an efficient, practical, and cost-effective approach to provide exceptional and timely representation.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Bob was an associate in the finance department of a nationally recognized law firm, where his practice focused on asset-based lending, borrower-side public financings, and negotiation of International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) agreements in connection with derivative transactions, and an associate at a global law firm, where he focused on asset-based lending, structured finance, and securitized loan transactions. Prior to his career in law, he was a credit analyst and relationship manager at a globally recognized financial institution and a professional golfer.
