Dr. Philipp Schäuble advises German and international companies on individual and collective employment law matters, with a particular focus on remuneration systems, company pensions, restructurings, and employment law aspects related to public-private partnerships. Philipp also advises on employment matters tied to mergers and acquisitions. He frequently works with clients in the life sciences, automotive, financial, and publishing industries.
Philipp has been recognized in JUVE Handbuch Wirtschaftskanzleien as “objective, competent and prudent” and “level-headed and goal-oriented in advice.” The Legal 500 EMEA has described him as a “valued negotiating partner.”
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Philipp was a partner in the Munich office of a global law firm and previously led the Munich employment law group of another global law firm. He speaks German and English.
