M. Luisa Di Lauro

M. Luisa Di Lauro represents clients in mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. She works on premerger notification under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, international merger control, merger investigations of the Federal Trade Commission and US Department of Justice, and second requests.

Before joining Morgan Lewis in New York, Luisa worked as an associate in the antitrust group of another major international law firm in New York and in Rome, Italy. Previously, she worked as junior legal assistant for an Italian subsidiary of GE. Luisa is fluent in Italian and Spanish.
