Lauren A. McCulloch Semlinger is part of a team that counsels clients concerning business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability issues. While in law school, Lauren interned with Judge Lance Africk of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Lauren McCulloch focuses her practice on the defense of serial and mass tort litigation, with a particular emphasis on designing and implementing national defense strategies for clients in a variety of industries. She works closely with clients to investigate and develop targeted defense strategies to optimize clients’ business needs while navigating the risks associated with mass tort litigation. In addition, Lauren works closely with our insurance recovery team to provide cross-disciplinary solutions to address our clients’ liabilities and other business losses. Lauren has experience with all phases of the litigation process, from pre-complaint investigations through trial and appeals.
As a graduate of Tulane Law School with a certificate in maritime law, Lauren has experience representing clients in maritime commercial and personal injury disputes. Lauren also works clients in both state and federal court in Louisiana in a variety of commercial disputes.
