Lindsay R. Mozdziock
Lindsay R. Mozdziock has a broad-based corporate practice representing public and private companies, venture capital funds, corporate venture capital investors, and private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and venture capital transactions. She represents entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies through each stage of their lifecycle and counsels public and private companies on a wide variety of general corporate matters, equity and debt financings, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and sale transactions.

- Represented Cencora (NYSE: COR) (f/k/a AmerisourceBergen Corporation) in its partnership with TPG Capital to acquire OneOncology for $2.1 billion, the nation’s largest independent community oncology network
- Represented Buckeye Partners in its $250 million acquisition of marine terminals in New Haven, CT, Wilmington, DE, and Marrero, LA from Magellan Midstream
- Represented HollyFrontier in its $350 million acquisition of the Puget Sound refinery from Shell
- Represented Greater Sum Ventures and its portfolio companies in transactions involving LivTech, MedSuite, and Vacation Brands LLC
- Represented Community Brands in numerous transactions, including acquisitions of GiveSmart UK Ltd., Gesture, Configio, and inresonance
- Represented Ministry Brands LLC in numerous transactions, including the acquisition of Kindrid LLC
- Represented a PSG Equity portfolio company in numerous transactions

- Represented OMERS Ventures and OMERS Growth Equity in numerous investments, including with Falkon, Altana, WorkRamp, Skillshare, Inc., WithMe Health Holdings, Inc., Clearcover, Inc., Crunchbase, PeerWell Inc., and ExecOnline
- Represented Comcast Ventures in numerous strategic venture capital investments, including with Zola, Inc. and Zapata Computing
- Represented a strategic venture capital fund affiliated with one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical services and distribution companies in multiple strategic venture capital investments
