Kevin M. Papay advises clients on a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters in US federal and state courts. He also defends underwriting firms and individuals in connection with class action securities litigation and shareholder derivative actions. Kevin has more than a decade of experience representing clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including mediation, arbitration, and trial. His clients include financial institutions and technology companies.
Kevin represents defendants and plaintiffs alike in commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, fraud, misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duty, and unfair competition matters. He regularly advises clients regarding complex electronic discovery matters. Kevin’s pro bono practice includes civil rights impact litigation cases, as well as work on behalf of veterans and immigrants.
Kevin received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he served as a vice president of the Moot Court Board, senior editor of the Stanford Law & Policy Review, and co-director of legal research for the Social Security Disability Pro Bono Program.
