Karina Mazhidenova focuses her practice on corporate, antimonopoly, securities, and labor law, with a particular emphasis on investment projects. Karina has been involved in a number of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and investment projects. She is also actively engaged in the firm’s pro bono initiatives.

  • Represented Power International Holding W.L.L., a Qatari industrial conglomerate, in its $1.1 billion acquisition of Mobile Telecom-Service LLP, a mobile telecom company operating in Kazakhstan
