Julie Gonard advises clients on European Union and international trade mark matters, with a particular focus on trade mark prosecution and disputes. Before joining the firm, she practiced as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in the United Kingdom, where she regularly acted before the Intellectual Property Office of the United Kingdom on behalf of clients of all sizes, from small and mid-size enterprises (SMEs) to multinational companies, and assisted them on all aspects of trade mark protection, including pre-filing strategy, prosecution, and international portfolio management. Julie is fluent in French and English.
