Jesse Ryan Taylor represents a wide range of US and international clients, with a particular focus on the sports, ecommerce and technology industries. His work includes counseling clients in the sports and ecommerce industries, including NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, NWSL, NCAA, and action sports teams, sponsors, and consultants on a variety of transactional matters, including sponsorships, promotions and marketing (including influencer agreements), product licensing, retail merchandising and event management. He also supports commercial transactions for innovative technologies and products. Jesse leverages his previous in-house counsel experience at a multinational corporation to provide clients with practical, business-oriented advice throughout each phase of a transaction.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Jesse was Legal Counsel to a multinational energy management and automation corporation where he supported the drafting and negotiation of agreements for the global IT and North American supply chain divisions.
When in law school, Jesse interned at the criminal division of the United States Attorney’s Office in San Francisco, California, and at the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts for Magistrate Judge Jennifer C. Boal.
