Grant R. MacQueen is the deputy leader of the firm's global business disputes practice. He litigates complex business disputes of all types, including those involving contract claims and claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and unfair trade practices, in US federal and state courts and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Grant represents leading companies in the financial services, pharmaceutical, technology, energy, and manufacturing industries, among others. He manages all phases of disputes, from pre-complaint investigations and negotiations through fact and expert discovery, trial, and appeals.
Grant also handles class actions and other multi-party proceedings, including those involving claims of fraud and negligent misrepresentation, consumer fraud, false advertising, and antitrust violations, among others, in US federal and state courts.
Grant has served as the chairperson of the Practising Law Institute’s Specialized Deposition Techniques program and has co-authored articles published in Law360 and Judicature, a journal published by the Bolch Judicial Institute of Duke Law.
