With a focus on financial institutions, Grant R. MacQueen represents clients in civil and class action litigation, and government enforcement actions. Advising on claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, consumer fraud, and antitrust violations, among others, Grant represents banks, trust companies, registered investment advisers, hedge funds, broker-dealers, and other public and private companies in civil litigation; and in investigations by the US Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and self-regulatory organizations.
Grant also counsels clients on sensitive internal investigations and a range of regulatory and compliance issues. He is a member of Morgan Lewis’s Class Action Working Group, and has co-authored articles published in Law360 and Judicature, a journal published by the Bolch Judicial Institute of Duke Law.
