Emma Khairallah advises private and institutional investors with respect to their investments into private funds and other investment vehicles. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Emma worked in the legal team of a specialist alternative asset manager in London, and, prior to that, in the private equities team of a large Abu Dhabi-based sovereign wealth fund. Emma is admitted to practice in England & Wales and is an accredited mediator.
