Crystal S. Carey’s practice focuses primarily on traditional labor/management relations. She represents employers in collective bargaining, labor law counseling, and National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) investigations and litigation in unfair labor practice and representation proceedings. Crystal represents management in US state and federal injunction matters, strikes, contract administration and negotiations, organizational campaigns, and labor arbitrations. She counsels clients across a variety of industries, including video gaming, sports, arts and entertainment, higher education, automotive, healthcare, hotel and hospitality, retail, technology, transportation, and manufacturing.
As a former NLRB attorney with experience on both the general counsel and Board sides of the agency, Crystal has experience with the National Labor Relations Act and the NLRB’s rules and regulations. She approaches labor and employment cases with an insider’s perspective, providing clients with a unique approach to all Board and labor cases. Crystal also takes a proactive approach to counseling and guiding clients facing corporate campaigns, providing positive employees relations training, and completing organizational assessments.
