Bernard is the leader of the firm’s Singapore corporate and business transactions practice. With 30 years of experience, Bernard has managed a number of significant cross-border M&A and corporate finance transactions across a broad spectrum of sectors including healthcare, energy, and manufacturing.
Bernard has developed a strong reputation as a dealmaker who can deliver clients’ objectives in an innovative style regardless of complexities.
