Andrea N. Threet is an employment lawyer with a focus on investigating high-profile and sensitive misconduct allegations, conducting assessments of workplace culture aimed at cultivating inclusive environments, and auditing and redesigning compliance and investigation programs. Her robust litigation background informs her strategic approach to addressing workplace challenges, crafting legal solutions rooted in modern, culturally resonant practices that promote organizational wellbeing and success. Andrea’s work in navigating the complexities of cultural inflection points like the “Me Too” movement and racial justice movements has equipped her with the insight to anticipate corporate vulnerabilities and transform workplace crises into proactive, risk-reducing solutions.
Andrea maintains a strong litigation and trial practice, in matters ranging from single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims, to complex multi-plaintiff and systemic claims. She also has experience litigating whistleblower claims under a variety of statutes, both in court and before the US Department of Labor.
Prior to focusing on labor and employment matters, Andrea worked with Morgan Lewis’s energy team. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Andrea interned for Judge Emmet G. Sullivan of the US District Court for the District of Columbia and with the US Department of Justice.
