Following the close of a public comment period on the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s draft framework on the U.S. government’s exercise of “march-in” rights, partners Julie Goldemberg and Nathan Smith and associate Alyssa Pugh wrote an article for Lexis Practical Guidance.
