Partner Matthew Hawes was quoted by PlanSponsor discussing increased interest in the enhanced catch-up contributions outlined in the SECURE 2.0 Act of 2022. Matthew said that depending on the calculations, it could be rare for so-called super catch-ups to affect employer contributions, except for some of the highest-paid employees or for plans with generous match rates.
