Oyinade Adebayo counsels clients on employee benefit and executive compensation issues. Her practice includes advising clients on Internal Revenue Code and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) compliance, health and welfare benefit plans, and providing support on employee benefits aspects of corporate transactions. Oyinade is a graduate of Howard University School of Law and served as a staff editor on the Howard Human & Civil Rights Law Review. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, she externed with The World Bank and the Securities Exchange Commission.
