Niki Wasserman represents clients in the technology and communications industry. She advises clients before the Federal Communications Commission and State Public Utility Commissions on regulatory, compliance, corporate, and litigation matters. Niki’s clients include domestic and international telecommunications carriers, technology companies, and media companies.
While attending Georgetown University Law Center, Niki participated in the Communications and Technology Law Clinic, where she advised clients on various communications matters and received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award. She also interned at the Telecommunications Access Policy Division of the Federal Communications Commission. Niki served as an articles editor of the Georgetown Law Journal and held leadership positions in the First Generation Student Union and Uncorked Wine Club.
Niki graduated with honors and highest distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor’s degree in media and journalism. She was a member of the Kappa Tau Alpha honor society.
