Kevin Bohm defends and counsels employers in labor and employment matters, including single plaintiff and class action litigation. His work involves workplace discrimination and retaliation, wrongful termination, family and medical leave, complex wage and hour litigation, representative actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act, and workforce-related counseling.
While in law school, he served as a judicial extern for Judge William Alsup of the US District Court for the Northern District of California. Kevin previously worked in the construction industry, specifically in hazardous waste management and compliance on a large public infrastructure redevelopment.
