Karen Queen-LeBoo is a key advisor to the firm’s leadership team, with responsibility for developing, implementing, and ensuring that all aspects of the firm’s Human Resources strategy are aligned to meet our strategic business objectives and to support our talent.
Karen has been an integral member of the firm’s Human Resources team for over 20 years and has served in a wide variety of key roles supporting the firm's practice groups and managing HR functional areas at both the local office and regional levels. She has also led the Human Resource core operational departments which include Benefits, Business Staff Talent Acquisition & Development, Compensation, Compliance, HR Systems & Operations, and Leave & Retirement Administration. In addition to these functional areas, Karen serves as the key HR leader for all COVID related issues and is a critical part of the firm's COVID response team.
