Jewelle Vernon counsels clients on a broad range of employee benefit and executive compensation issues. Her practice includes advising clients on Internal Revenue Code and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) compliance, providing support on employee benefits aspects of corporate transactions, and assisting clients in complying with ERISA’s fiduciary duties. Jewelle is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, she externed with the US Department of Justice Tax Division.
