Jenna C. Ferraro focuses her practice on government enforcement investigations and litigation as well as on representing clients in securities enforcement and environmental law cases, including toxic torts. Jenna regularly counsels clients on both internal investigations and litigation and investigations initiated by government regulators such as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and US Department of Justice (DOJ). Jenna’s practice covers all aspects of litigation, including discovery matters and motion practice. She represents clients from a wide range of industries, including financial services, banking, and retail.
While in law school, Jenna was a staff member of Drexel Law Review, and her Note on the Fourth Amendment was selected for publication. She also did pro bono work for the Pennsylvania Innocence Project and participated in the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, in which she taught constitutional law to high school students.
Prior to attending law school, Jenna graduated from Monmouth University, where she was a member of numerous honor societies and graduated with honors from the Political Science department.
