Janna Joassainte is part of a team of litigators that represents corporations in various industries, including financial services, environmental, and healthcare. She provides guidance involving white collar, corporate, and government investigations and commercial disputes. She also advises pro bono clients in immigration law. Additionally, Janna assists clients in discovery management, motion practice, and witness preparation.
While in law school, Janna served as business manager for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial, and Commercial Law as well as a coach for the Brooklyn Law School Moot Court Mock Trial Division. She also served as career development chair and academic chair for Brooklyn’s Black Law Student Association. She joined Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society and served as Brooklyn’s local chapter’s magistrate.
