Jack Ashfield focuses his practice on UK and EU competition law. Jack advises clients on UK, EU and international merger control, antitrust investigations including cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, foreign direct investment screening and competition litigation. He has advised a wide number of multinational clients, including the pharmaceutical, financial services, telecommunications and transport sectors.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Jack worked for several years as an antitrust associate in an international law firm in London and Brussels.
