Gregory B. Nelson represents clients on a broad range of employment and traditional labor issues, including management relations, labor disputes, and employment counseling. Gregory provides advice on National Labor Relations Act litigation and counseling, representing clients in collective bargaining matters and NLRB proceedings. He also helps employers and management resolve issues related to discrimination, retaliation, and compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations.
While at Cornell Law School, Gregory served on the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy, and provided legal assistance through the Cornell Labor Law Clinic. Gregory’s undergraduate degree was in Industrial Labor relations.
