Eva Baliner-Poggi advises clients on the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights and portfolio management. Before joining Morgan Lewis, she practiced as a French solicitor at another leading commercial law firm, gaining experience across the firm’s intellectual property, commercial, and disputes practices, on behalf of clients of all sizes, from small and mid-size enterprises (SMEs) to multinational companies. Eva is fluent in French and English.
