Emily Ahdieh focuses her practice on white collar defense, government investigations, and complex commercial disputes. She advises and represents corporations and individuals in connection with internal investigations and enforcement actions brought by government regulators, including the US Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Commerce, and Federal Acquisitions Security Council (FASC). Emily has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and technology. In addition, Emily maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration matters.
While in law school, Emily served as the senior articles editor for the George Mason University Civil Rights Law Journal. Emily also served as an intern for the Department of Justice Consumer Protection Branch, focusing on complex consumer fraud and deceptive practices.
