Alexandra Rotar

Alexandra is a longstanding member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN) and previously served as the AIEN regional director for the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) region. Alexandra was the winner of Euromoney’s Expert Guides’  Europe Rising Star Awards for the Energy and Natural Resources category in 2021.

Alexandra is an author of numerous publications on energy and sustainable development topics, including hydrogen, energy storage, cross-border energy projects, unconventional resources, and environmental liability.
