Partner John Ring took part in a Q&A with People + Strategy, where he discussed labor movement trends and employer-employee relationships. In the interview, John spoke about the importance of culture in helping leaders understand what is going on inside their companies.
“The companies that are most successful in terms of separating the signal from the noise are the ones that have a strong culture, they stick to that culture, and they are truly engaged with their employees,” John said. “They don’t think in terms of temporary solutions to problems. It’s a relentless focus on positive employee relations.”
