Partner George Cyriac was quoted in a Private Equity International article discussing India’s burgeoning buyout market.
“You don’t often see put options against founders by sponsors these days, [and] people have gotten comfortable that there are lot of avenues to exit as it is. The Indian market has been quite buoyant in the last few years and especially now,” said George.
