WASHINGTON, DC, July 28, 2023: Morgan Lewis partner Natalie Bennett has been named to Bloomberg Law’s 2023 edition of “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40,” which honors the accomplishments of young lawyers across the country.
Natalie’s intellectual property (IP) practice concentrates on patent infringement, breach of contract, and trade secret litigation. She has taken more than 10 high-stakes IP trials through final judgment. Natalie litigates a wide range of technologies, including computer networking products, semiconductor chips, pharmaceutical and agrochemical products, and medical devices, and has tried IP disputes in district courts before a jury, at the International Trade Commission, and before arbitration panels.
Previously, Natalie served as a judicial clerk for Judge Jimmie V. Reyna of the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and for Judge John D. Love of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
In addition to her IP practice, Natalie has an active pro bono practice, recently representing an Afghan women’s rights activist seeking asylum and permanent residence in the United States. Natalie is an active member of local and national bar organizations. In Washington, DC, Natalie serves as the Giles S. Rich Inn of Court program chair and on the ChIPs Next Generation Committee and has led committees for the Federal Circuit Bar Association.
In Texas, she is a longtime member of the Eastern District of Texas Bar Association, where she is actively involved in planning the Eastern District of Texas Bench Bar Conference and serves as an officer to the Association of Former Law Clerks for the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
