Drawing on their insights, the firm is launching the Workplace Government Relations and Regulation practice to provide guidance on how to effectively navigate the agencies that regulate US workplaces. This intrinsic understanding of government agencies and the process behind official guidance has proven especially helpful for employers as they navigate the quick-fire regulations released during the COVID-19 pandemic and as they prepare for the global impact of the US election.
