Discovery Issues Unique to Mass-Tort MDLs Bench/Bar Leadership Summit

White collar partner Lisa Dykstra will be speaking at the Charleston School of Law’s Discovery Issues Unique to Mass-Tort MDLs Bench/Bar Leadership Summit. The summit will identify problems unique to mass-tort MDLs regarding controlling discovery, electronically stored information review and production, early Rule 34 requests, including discovery in previous related cases, depositions, privilege logs, and experts, as well as artificial intelligence issues.

Lisa will be joined by judges, industry experts, and other practicing lawyers on her panel Electronically Stored Information, which will be held March 13 from 10:30 am–12:00 pm.
