Partner Natalie Bennett will co-moderate a panel at the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s 2024 Bench & Bar Conference. The panel, featuring Circuit Judge Leonard P. Stark, US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; Judge Kent A. Jordan, US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; and Tensegrity Law Group LLP partner Azra Hadzimehmedovic, will focus on procedural, practical, and policy concerns that come into play when admitting expert testimony under amended Rule 702 in intellectual property cases, including expert testimony addressing damages.
The Best Practices on Expert Testimony: Insights from Judges and Practitioners on Admitting Expert Testimony Under Amended Rule 702 panel will take place Thursday, June 20 from 10:15–11:15 am ET.
The 2024 Bench & Bar Conference will be held Wednesday, June 19–Saturday, June 22 at the Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, South Carolina. The conference will feature an extensive, coordinated effort to discuss the important issues confronting the Federal Circuit community.
