Evan H. Cernea represents clients in global outsourcing, commercial contracts, and technology matters. Evan drafts and negotiates a broad range of agreements, including software licensing (cloud and on-premises), implementation and professional services, IT security, strategic alliances, and data privacy.

Evan previously worked as an access to justice fellow with Philadelphia’s First Judicial District’s Elder Justice & Civil Resource Center to develop, code, and deploy a web application to help pro se defendants understand and fill out appropriate forms needed to contest eviction actions.

In law school, Evan served as the editor-in-chief of the Georgetown Law Technology Review.
